Contents Packing & Storage utilizes its current 15,000-square-foot location to set the standard for, at minimum, the local contents industry moving forward. The cleanliness of the warehouse is second to none. We have a 1000-square-foot dedicated clean room with its own separate air handler and the ability to exhaust via negative air. We also offer a standalone, approximately 500-square-foot ozone and dehumidification chamber.

Our facility is climate-controlled. But when we say climate-controlled, we mean it. You'll notice the difference once you enter our warehouse. We even take climate control a step further by monitoring the highs and lows of temperature and humidity daily.

Contents Packing & Storage has taken the experience and vision of management to put together a top-tier contents restoration company. We feel we have taken the best of what other companies offer and put it all under one roof. Our crews are versed in all aspects of inventory, packing, transport, cleaning, and storage. We have our crews follow the process for each job from start to finish using tried and true methods and equipment. We use what works, including Contents Track inventory software and ultrasonic cleaning equipment, and we’re always keeping an eye on innovation.

Contents Packing & Storage has built momentum and plans to continue to excel. We have initiated and completed jobs that include common applications as well as specialty services not offered by other companies. Some of our specialty applications include working with environmental vendors. Those services include complete inventory, total loss report, transport, cleaning, and storage of contents involved in contaminated spaces such as Category 3 water losses, elevated microbial environments, as well as losses contaminated with asbestos due to various reasons.
